475 Rustic Ave. Toronto was sold Mar. 19, 2009. The third mortgage owing to Doreen Tennina was found to be fraudulent and nullified in court. On closing on April 1, 2009 proceeds not needed to satisfy the first and second mortgages were paid into court for the benefit of other creditors.
